Yoga Class Descriptions

ANUSARA: Anusara emphasizes alignment, creative freedom, individuality and is a celebration of the heart. It is an invitation to attune to our highest self and step into the flow of grace using the Universal Principals of Alignment.

HATHA: Hatha is a gentle yoga that focuses on the breath, increases strength, flexibility and purification of the internal organs. Poses are sequenced to ease deeper into asana allowing each student to reach their fullest potential.

IYENGAR: Iyengar utilizes props for support and enhancement in each pose inviting students of all shapes and abilities. Alignment and breath work are incorporated. Props are provided.

VINYASA: Vinyasa combines a series of flowing postures with focus on breath, alignment and having fun! It ranges from dynamic and playful to slow and steady. Modifications are given to inspire all levels.
