Find comfort and freedom in your low back and hips through gentle sequencing, and a therapeutic flow. In this workshop we’ll learn about lower body anatomy as we explore ways to release and open the hip joints and psoas muscles while we strengthen the core, elongate hamstrings, release low back tension, and awaken the spine. All levels welcome.
