The Bedford Post is easily accessible by road, rail or air.
Westchester County Airport is conveniently located 14 miles away and features connections to major hubs, making it accessible from all parts of the world. Easy pickup and dropoff can be arranged, or rental car sevices are available onsite.

Train service via Metro North is available from Grand Central Station in Manhattan to the Bedford Hills station located 5.5 miles from the Inn. We can arrange pickup and drop off for you.
Train service is also available from Connecticut.

Check-in & Policies

• Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm local time.

• Late check out fee after 1:00pm will be charged 50% of the full room rate and 100% of the full room rate after 2:00pm.

• Additional guest in room will be charged $100/night, including toddlers and children. The same cancellation policy applies to additional guest fee.

• We are a pet free establishment. Service animals are permitted. Inn must be made aware at time of booking. Please reach out to the front desk regarding our service animal policies

• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and in common areas. Smoking in rooms will be charged an additional $500 at check-out.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations will be charged 50% of the rate at time of request. If a guest cancels 14+ days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in its entirety. If a guest cancels between 8 and 14 days, their 50% deposit is forfeited. If a guest cancels within 7 days of their reservation, 100% of the rate is forfeited. If a guest cancels within 7 days of their arrival due to Covid, they will receive a credit for the total amount of the reservation.
