Christina Dufour
Christina uses mindful modalities to help people feel younger longer with a motivating, non-judgmental, and intuitive teaching style. Yoga positively transformed her life and led to a passion of studying mind body philosophies and anatomy. Christina has taught for over 12 years and is skilled at supporting people of all-levels to overcome their unique challenges and find deepening in their mind-body connection. Christina has trained with many expert teachers and a Buddhist monk. She is a 200hr Power Yoga Instructor with extensive added certifications in Restoratives, pranayama, Mindfulness Meditation, Qi-Gong, Yoga Nidra, Dance, and Reiki as well as a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance. Her Native American heritage, combined with a business background give Christina a unique ability to lead traditional practices with a professional approach. When she's not offering yoga, Christina can be found hiking, dancing, acting, reading, or providing leadership training and coaching in corporate environments.
